No Family Meal: September 7, 2021

Labor Day, baby.

Note to paying subscribers: There will be no Family Meal on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021, on account of all of food media pivoting to Labor Day home cooking this weekend (or taking time off themselves like the ivory test kitchen layabouts they are).

I assume you don’t want me to send just for the sake of sending, and appreciate you not forcing me into the dregs of the dregs.

Family Meal will be back on Friday as usual.
